1. Identity of the owner
Phyxio is a service in its initial commercialization phase. The formal identification details of the owner (company name, Tax ID, registered office, registry details) are pending completion until the owning company is incorporated or regularized (see docs/06-legal/cumplimiento/hitos-legales-comercializacion.md, Milestone 1). This page will be updated as soon as there is a formal legal owner.

2. Object
Phyxio is a digital educational platform that supports the study of physics: theory, calculators, graphs, exercises and interpretation of results, organized by curriculum and educational level.
Phyxio is not an accredited educational institution, does not issue official qualifications and does not replace a teacher's supervision. It is a complementary resource.
3. Terms of use
Access to certain features (interactive calculators, graphs, exercises) requires a registered account. Direct sign-up is limited to people over 14; younger users need a teacher or guardian to create the account on their behalf.
4. Intellectual property
The code, educational texts, graphs, exercises and other content of Phyxio are the property of their owner or are used under licence. Their reproduction, distribution or transformation without express authorization is prohibited, except as permitted for personal educational use.
5. Artificial intelligence
Phyxio includes an assistant that explains concepts, formulas and graphs based on the platform's own content. It does not produce grades, does not decide access to any educational programme and does not receive student performance data as input — only the question asked and the context of the topic being consulted.
6. Liability
Phyxio does not guarantee specific academic results (passing an exam, reaching a given level). Where applicable, the content states the reference curriculum level and the limitations of the physical models used.
7. Alojamiento
The service is hosted on servers located in the European Union (Spain), through Arsys Internet, S.L.
8. Links
Phyxio may include links to third-party sites (for example, external educational resources) without this implying endorsement, supervision or responsibility for their content. A link from another site to Phyxio does not imply authorization or a relationship with the owner of that site, unless expressly agreed.
9. Applicable law and dispute resolution
This notice is governed by Spanish law, without prejudice to the mandatory rights that consumers have under the law of their country of residence within the European Union. If you are a consumer and have a complaint that we have not been able to resolve directly, you can use the European online dispute resolution platform: ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
