1. Status of the service
Phyxio is in its initial launch phase. Registration includes free access for a limited time. The payment gateway (Stripe) is technically integrated, but it is currently configured in test mode: no charge with real money is processed yet. This section will be completed with billing conditions adapted to the final prices as soon as real charging is activated; in the meantime, the following general conditions apply.
Paid plans renew automatically at the end of each contracted period (monthly, quarterly or as applicable), unless you cancel the renewal before that date from your account. Cancelling does not interrupt access already paid for: it continues until the end of the current period. Any price change will be announced reasonably in advance and will not affect a period already paid for.
As this is digital content that starts to be supplied from the moment you access it, and in accordance with the consumer regulations applicable in Spain (Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007, art. 103), the 14-day right of withdrawal for online purchases does not apply once the digital service has begun to be supplied with your express consent. If you have any problem with a charge, contact soporte@phyxio.netbefore disputing it with your bank.
2. Description of the service
Access to physics educational content organized by curriculum and level (theory, formulas, calculators, graphs, exercises), an explanation assistant based on the platform's own content, and tools to track your own progress.
3. Registration and minimum age
To create an account by yourself you must be at least 14 years old. If you are younger, your teacher or school can create your account.
You are responsible for keeping your password confidential and for all activity carried out from your account.
4. Guest accounts
An administrator can generate temporary access accounts (guests) with a limited duration (1 day, 1 week or 1 month), intended for use in a supervised educational context (for example, a teacher handing them out in class). They expire automatically.
5. Curriculum changes
If your plan includes access to a curriculum (for example, Spain or IB), you can switch freely between the curricula included in the same price plan at no extra cost. Switching to a curriculum in a different price plan requires a new purchase.
6. Personal room and content you upload
Your account includes a personal "room" (favorites, progress, documents) accessible from the user menu. You can upload documents in specific formats: PDF, scanned images (JPG, PNG), audio (MP3, WAV, M4A, OGG) and presentations (.pptx) -- other file types are not accepted. Documents are encrypted on the server and have a size and total storage limit according to your plan.
You are solely responsible for the content you upload. You must not upload illegal content, content that infringes third-party rights, or other people's personal data without their consent. We may remove content that breaches this condition and, in serious cases, suspend the account.
If you use the OCR reader on an image, text recognition happens in your own browser (the image is not sent to any external service for that purpose); the text you extract is uploaded and encrypted in the same way as the rest of the document.
7. Cancellation and account deletion
You can delete your account at any time from "My profile → Danger zone", by confirming your password. Deletion is immediate, cannot be undone, and includes your uploaded documents.
8. Acceptable use
- You must not attempt to access accounts, data or features that do not belong to you.
- You must not use the service for purposes other than learning or teaching physics.
- You must not redistribute paid content without authorization.
9. Changes
We may update these conditions as the service evolves, especially when real charging is activated. We will publish the date of the last update on this same page.
